How Build Your Home works

Yes. For homeowners, posting a project and receiving bids is completely free, and we don’t take any commission on your hires. Contractors and suppliers register with a verified account to access projects and list their services.

Contractors submit their CNIC, National Tax Number (NTN), PEC license, and an ownership affidavit. Suppliers provide their NTN, shop ownership proof, shop photos, and CNIC. Our team reviews every document and checks that names match across all records before approving verification.

Once you post a project, verified contractors can submit bids with their price, timeline, methodology, and portfolio. You can compare all bids side by side, review each contractor’s profile and ratings, message them with questions, and hire the one that best fits your needs and budget.

We operate across all major cities in Pakistan including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, and Quetta — and we’re expanding to more areas. Many of our suppliers offer nationwide delivery.

Our AI Design Studio lets you generate interior designs, exterior elevations, floor plans, and 3D views based on your preferences. Upload a photo or describe what you want, choose a style, and get design concepts in seconds to guide your project.

Yes. Your personal details and documents are kept private and secure. Your exact address is only shared with a contractor after you choose to hire them. We use verification to keep the platform safe for everyone.
